Shipping, Terms and Conditions

We ship to UK, Europe and Worldwide in single item packages or as multiple items combined in one package and we aim to ship not more than 2 days after the payment is received.

Shipment methods

All orders are shipped via A1post.bg, DPD, BG Post Mail or Fedex as follows:

• To UK addresses, International Track & Sign (up to 5 kg).
• To Europe and Worldwide, International Track & Sign (up to 5 kg).

Shipping charges are based on the above methods and are charged at cost, even though there is a small amount (about £1-seller’s responsibility) for packaging materials.

Packages up to 2 kg will be shipped via BG Post Mail and over 2 kg via DPD, or Fedex International Track & Sign services, aiming to reach the best price, unless otherwise requested by the customer. The postage charge will vary and depends on the total weight, not the number of the items. There are differential prices up to 250 grams, 250/500gr, 500/1000gr, in addition up to 2 kg. Orders above £60 will include £2.50 insurance payable by the seller. All shipping costs, without the packaging cost, will be covered by the customer. Any import duties or customs payments are also the responsibility of the customer.

– To UK and Europe (up to 250g – £10.50; 250/500g – £11.50; 500g/1kg – £13.50; 1/2kg – £15.50; 2/5kg – £25.50)

– Worldwide (up to 250g – £12.50; 250/500g – £15.50; 500g/1kg – £20.50; 1/2kg – £25.50; 2/5kg – £35.50)

REFUNDS

Full refunds will be given if you send us an email within 2 days of the package’s arrival stating the reasons for non-acceptance and then only when the specimen(s) are returned undamaged within 14 days, well packed and protected. A longer time period will be accepted for overseas customers. Use of our own packaging for returns is recommended.

LOST PARCEL

The loss of a parcel is very rare but not impossible. If your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable period of time, please contact us, so that a full enquiry can take place.
